About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Siemens Healthcare S.r.l. in the Toscana region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain healthcare diagnostic equipment, with a focus on Radiology and Angiography, within the designated area.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions.
  • Ensure the complete execution of all preventive maintenance on assigned assets.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and Application Specialists to implement complex solutions.
  • Work with the local team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Report potential issues to the Dedicated Complaint Unit in a timely manner.
  • Embody the Siemens Healthineers seven principles and adhere to Health and Safety, Environment, and HR regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree in electronic engineering or high school diploma in electronics.
  • Digital Healthcare general knowledge.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word.
  • Residency in the Tuscany area.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.
  • Strong team working attitude, proactive, and able to take self-initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
