About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our Amazon Ads team in Italy. As a Sales Account Manager, you will work closely with advertisers and agencies to create and execute advertising strategies that drive incremental revenue and grow advertisers' investment on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue targets while managing complex advertiser relationships
  • Own and grow existing client revenues that may expand regionally
  • Work effectively with other partner teams with whom you share goals
  • Thrive in ambiguous situations
  • Become an expert on Amazon advertising solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Some years of experience in selling digital advertising
  • Annual brand planning and media planning capabilities
  • Experience in analyzing data, creating new insights, and compelling narratives to pitch to clients
  • Sales experience in the advertising industry
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced level of English and Italian
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce, offering advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazon's websites, proprietary devices, and the Amazon Advertising Platform.

We believe that advertising, when done well, can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will work with advertisers and agencies to create and execute advertising strategies while driving incremental revenue and growing advertisers' investment on Amazon.

You will possess strong sales skills and like to work against revenue objectives.

You will be able to develop data-driven recommendations and work to maximize campaign performance and drive campaign renewal and incremental revenue opportunities.

This is a client-facing role that will require you to have strong presentation and sales skills in order to challenge and teach new perspectives to our advertisers while driving incremental revenue.
