Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to beneficiaries of the TRICARE Overseas Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System and other relevant systems.
  • Register beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system and perform Primary Care Manager changes as needed.
  • Provide education and resources to beneficiaries on benefits, enrollment, and customer service.
  • Collect, process, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty and family member portability/disenrollment processes.
  • Conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, pre-separation/retirement, and other relevant events.
  • Provide basic claims assistance and collect and record health information into applicable systems.
  • Assess and refer or escalate issues as needed to address beneficiary concerns.
  • Collect and report information on daily activities performed.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations, Leidos policies, and other relevant training and refresher courses.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or an associate's degree in a related field with 4 years of specialized experience.
  • Must be SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or US Contractor supporting the DoD.
  • Must be a US Citizen and have a Soggiornio and Missione Visa.
  • Be eligible for and maintain ADP IT III / Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in written and oral communications.
  • Effective presentation skills and computer literacy with Internet research experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and under general supervision, with excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
