Position Overview:
As a Ski Equipment Specialist and Sales Consultant, you will be part of a vibrant team, reporting directly to the Store Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to customers by understanding and fulfilling their needs, enhancing their appreciation for the brand, and fostering loyalty through effective communication aligned with the Rossignol Group's values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ski Workshop Duties:
    - Master the preparation techniques for various ski types.
    - Demonstrate proficiency in ski preparation using both automated tools and manual techniques.
    - Test skis on slopes to assess performance and quality.
    - Engage with customers of all ages, providing expert advice on equipment purchases and rentals.
    - Adjust bindings and boots to ensure maximum safety based on individual customer profiles.
    - Manage sales of ski boots, hiking gear, and essential accessories, including gloves, hats, and safety equipment.
    - Complete rental agreements, process deposits, and issue invoices.
    - Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
    - Oversee stock management and delegate tasks within the workshop.
  • Sales Responsibilities:
    - Deliver customer service in line with the Group's sales protocols.
    - Provide an elevated shopping experience by welcoming and assisting customers, showcasing a deep knowledge of ski and boot products.
    - Encourage cross-selling and up-selling across all product lines.
    - Share insights on market trends in sportswear while expressing a genuine passion for skiing.
    - Build and nurture relationships with customers, adapting to diverse backgrounds and preferences.
    - Contribute to the visual merchandising of ski and boot products, adhering to corporate standards.
    - Foster open communication with team members, collaborating to find effective solutions.
    - Strive to meet individual and team goals, enhancing overall business performance.
    - Ensure the store and workshop are maintained according to company policies.
Your Profile:
- Energetic and recently graduated, eager to embark on a career in the ski industry with Rossignol Group, starting with training in the workshop.
- Driven by challenges and motivated to achieve and exceed personal and team objectives.
- Deeply passionate about sportswear and skiing products.
- Possess strong commercial awareness and an understanding of customer behavior, with the ability to adapt to cultural differences.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
