Key Account Recruitment Manager

At Lionard, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Recruitment Manager to join our HR Department based in Florence, Rome, and Milan. As a strategic partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's expansion plan, which includes the opening of 13 new offices across the country.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment within structured companies, job agencies, or head-hunting firms. A strong interest in the luxury world is essential, as well as a strategic vision, results-oriented approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on seniority, with an incentive compensation plan designed to achieve shared and pre-established goals. The expected tenure is full-time employment, and the contract type will be agreed upon based on actual seniority.
As a Key Account Recruitment Manager, your key responsibilities will include defining job profiles in agreement with General Management, screening applications according to company guidelines, managing online and in-person interviews, selecting top professional profiles related to sales and corporate functions, supporting assessment and onboarding processes, and consolidating growth paths and career development within the company.
