About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to lead our Salesforce CRM initiatives. As a key member of our Digital Customer Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and customer-centric growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative CRM strategies with an omni-channel and omni-customer approach. This includes collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to ensure consistency with business strategies and delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.

Main Responsibilities:

">

- Develop and implement CRM strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end customer journeys
- Analyze data and metrics to measure success and inform strategic decisions
- Manage CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Train and support CRM system users to ensure optimal adoption and utilization
- Coordinate with external providers to deliver high-quality services and solutions

Requirements:

">

- University degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in CRM and Salesforce administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage project stakeholders
- Strong leadership abilities and solid communication and negotiation skills with clients
- Organizational and teamwork skills, with ability to manage priorities, budgets, and staffing requirements
- Salesforce certifications
- Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
