Sales and Technology Specialist

Job Purpose:
To be the primary point of contact for customers within their respective Business Unit, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and a professional demeanor to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrated product expertise.
- Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage in active inbound selling.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Maintain a well-organized CRM system with accurate customer information.
- Provide product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers.
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.
- Achieve key performance indicators such as daily talk time and outbound calls.
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
- Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, in collaboration with Field Sales Executives or Business Development Managers.
Requirements:
- Numerate with attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strive to achieve set targets.
- Understand the sales process.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is desirable.
