Job Purpose:

To be the primary point of contact for customers within their respective Business Unit, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and a professional demeanor to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrated product expertise.
  • Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage in active inbound selling.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM system with accurate customer information.
  • Provide product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers.
  • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.
  • Achieve key performance indicators such as daily talk time and outbound calls.
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, in collaboration with Field Sales Executives or Business Development Managers.

  • Understand the sales process.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is desirable.
