Compiti e Responsabilità- Leadership: Guiderai il team di assistenza clienti italiano e polacco, lo svilupperai ulteriormente e amplierai il tuo team insieme al nostro Dipartimento Persone.
- Servizio Clienti: Insieme al tuo team gestirai le richieste dei nostri clienti B2C e fornirai supporto nei casi di reclamo complessi.
- Obiettivi: Definirai e monitorerai gli OKR per il team e assicurandone l'allineamento con gli obiettivi aziendali. Stabilirai inoltre KPI significativi per misurare il successo e definendo il percorso per raggiungerli in modo coerente.
- Ottimizzazione dei processi: Lavorerai attivamente all'ottimizzazione dei processi di gestione dei reclami esistenti, trasmettendo il feedback ai reparti competenti e implementando flussi di lavoro efficienti.
- Strategia: Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il nostro Customer Care Team Lead in Supervision e con i colleghi di Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering e Product.
- Background professionale: Hai una solida esperienza nell'assistenza clienti B2B / gestione dei reclami.
- Leadership: Hai già maturato un'esperienza nella guida di un team.
- Mentalità: Hai forti capacità analitiche, organizzative e di problem solving e sei fortemente motivato.
- Comunicazione: Grazie al tuo carisma, sei in grado di trasmettere in modo comprensibile anche questioni complesse.
- Competenze: Hai familiarità con Microsoft Office e strumenti CRM come Salesforce; idealmente hai esperienza con chatbot o strumenti simili.
- Competenze linguistiche: Hai ottime capacità di comunicazione in tedesco e inglese e una buona conoscenza dell'italiano. Il polacco è un vantaggio.
