About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Services Delivery organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of detailed technology solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define client needs and develop proposals to meet those needs.
- Oversee the implementation of complete project solutions.
- Manage a team of Intelligent Infrastructure engineers with different levels of expertise and seniority.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set client satisfaction standards and develop client service policies.
- Manage and coordinate initiatives to solve client problems.
- Ensure assigned infrastructure at client sites is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
- Develop and implement feedback, complaints, and problem-solving procedures for clients.
- Manage resource capacity to achieve service level agreements.
- Participate in client reviews to proactively manage client service level requirements and fulfillment.
Requirements
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs with a focus on Networking solutions and services.
- Strong attitude of client engagement.
- Good level of relevant experience in a similar role within a related environment.
- Solid previous experience operationally managing a technical team.
- Good experience dealing with clients and managing complex technology solution implementations and service levels.
- Solid stakeholder engagement experience at all levels in the organization.
- Leading by example.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Able to communicate in an effective way (clearly and professionally).
- Good attitude in coaching technical people.
- Technical Skill (Strong knowledge of Network Data Center and Campus/WAN infrastructures).
- Relevant technical certifications from main networking vendors.
- Valid Cisco CCIE certification.
