**Role Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Channel Growth Manager and play a pivotal role in developing a regional channel partner strategy for the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a regional channel partner strategy for the EU.
- Recruit targeted and specific channel partners to the Nozomi Networks' channel program where necessary.
- Provide ongoing technical and sales enablement of the channel partner ecosystem.
- Manage channel and technology partner relationships effectively.
- Develop and present regular metrics reporting by partner.
- Exceed quarterly results for sales bookings.
- Meet or exceed channel-specific objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies and information security news, techniques, and trends.
- Attend industry trade shows and security-related conferences to support activities.
- Work closely with Marketing to design and implement promotions, campaigns, and awareness initiatives with channel partners.
- Perform other duties assigned by CRO & Head of WW Channel to successfully fulfill this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales experience in technology software or information security.
- High performer who consistently goes above and beyond expectations.
- Demonstrated strong relationships with existing channel partners in the region.
- Experience building and/or managing a regional channel program for a software vendor, preferably in IT / IoT / OT Security.
- Ability to work effectively as a remote employee.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues, and customers daily.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency and at least one of the following languages: French, German, or Italian.
- Willingness to travel extensively, often with short notice.
