About the Role

This Strategic Market Growth Professional will play a critical role in driving business growth and development for the Global Product Group (GPG). The successful candidate will develop and own the Global Business Development Plan, addressing opportunities in the segment, such as white spots, non-offered markets, and increasing market share with existing customers.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure harmonized account plans for up to 10 years, identify current and future key customers, and determine how to serve them effectively together with PGGI. You will also provide valuable inputs to the GPG strategic marketing plan for the segment and related portfolio.

Your Key Challenges:
  • To increase market share with existing customers and create new markets and demand.
  • To support the implementation of the Internal Channel (PGGI) market-based strategy for products, territories, channels, and key accounts.
  • To offer insights on product gaps, evolving requirements, market trends, and co-creation opportunities.
