Join us for an exceptional opportunity to be part of a transformative logistics experience. We are in search of a dedicated Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in a cutting-edge automated facility.

Your Role

As a Logistics Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the Operations team, overseeing and guiding small teams during their shifts to ensure optimal performance in a highly automated setting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate operational processes by actively participating in the fulfillment of customer orders and providing direct support to departmental activities.
  • Monitor shift performance trends and assist the Shift Leader by communicating critical information regarding the designated area.
  • Modify and adapt the staffing model for shifts in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Shift Leader.
  • Identify and relay potential issues related to shift operations to the Shift Leader.
  • Deliver training and constructive feedback to team members on quality standards and safety practices.
  • Act as a role model for the correct execution of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in large-scale, highly automated fulfillment operations, with a preference for eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail sectors.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments where analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes of issues are essential.
  • Strong background in teamwork within logistics or high-volume production settings.
  • Familiarity with operational environments where safety is a top priority, capable of effectively communicating safety guidelines.
  • Preferred experience in operational roles requiring a strong IT aptitude due to the automated nature of the facility.
