Your Role
As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role within the Operations team, overseeing small groups during shifts and inspiring them to maintain high standards of performance in a highly automated setting.
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate operational processes by actively participating in the fulfillment of client orders, providing direct support to departmental activities.
- Monitor shift performance trends and assist the Shift Leader by communicating critical information regarding the operational area.
- Adapt and optimize the staffing model during shifts in accordance with the guidelines set by the Shift Leader.
- Identify and relay potential operational issues to the Shift Leader to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver training and constructive feedback to team members on quality standards and safety practices.
- Act as a role model for proper execution of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
Your Skills and Experience
- 0 – 2 years of experience in large-scale, highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with strong analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and anticipate challenges through a metrics-driven approach.
- Experience working collaboratively in logistics or high-volume production settings, with a strong emphasis on safety as a fundamental priority.
- Familiarity with operational roles requiring a strong IT aptitude due to the automated nature of the facility.
