Job Title: Property & Facilities Manager - Servizi & Tecnologie

Job Summary:

The Property & Facilities Manager - Servizi & Tecnologie is responsible for overseeing the corporate Real Estate activities at national and field level in Vodafone Servizi & Tecnologie. This role supports the strategic business objectives and ensures the best experience for VST employees, while also contributing to Group Property activities in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie property strategy, ensuring the availability and efficiency of corporate buildings and related facilities.
  • Define technical and logistic requirements for the acquisition of new corporate buildings and related facilities, collaborating with Health, Safety & Environment and Supply Chain Management.
  • Manage authorization processes for civil refitting and support Health Safety & Environment in construction sites auditing, remediation management, and contractors' control.
  • Manage maintenance and restructuring activities, ensuring resilient buildings environment, and providing coordination and consistent processes and procedures to local Facilities units.
  • Guarantee lease provisions and effective rent leasing, and assure landlords' management and control.
  • Contribute to strategical and day-to-day activities of Group Property portfolio in Europe, working alongside different members of Group Property team in technical and people buildings.
  • Manage provisioning of couriers and postage services, provision of logistic services such as internal office relocations, and provision of food and beverage machines.
  • Accountable for maintenance, cleaning, and HVAC services.
  • Responsible for determining and writing "employee's home-work movements plan" and operational management of "ad personam" cars assigned to VST employees and car pooling system.
  • Monitoring and reporting on office attendance and space occupancy in line with Vodafone Group hybrid working policy.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record and experience in contract management, with a preference for experience in multiple site property management.
  • Ability to manage complex contractual matters and bring them to a successful conclusion.
  • Successful at delivering in large matrix organisations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong expertise through senior roles within the function with an E2E visibility on all Property & Facilities processes.
  • 10 years of experience within the Property&Facilities function and from 5 in a senior role.
  • Strong Leadership skills and ability to manage the complexity of multiple senior, multi-functional international interfaces, internal and external stakeholders management.

Language Skills: English language skills are required.

Budget Ownership: Owns the property & facilities budget for office premises and fleet management budget.
