We are seeking a skilled Technical Signalling Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As part of our Services Signalling Business Unit, you will be responsible for providing technical support to maintenance activities on Trackside signalling products operated by our domestic and international customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical systems and experience working with railway signalling equipment. You will be expected to perform on-site preventive/corrective maintenance, verifications, repair/settings, and provide technical remote support to customers.

This role includes the responsibility to be the technical customer interface in global service maintenance contracts and to manage warranty obligations on projects. The position also involves cooperation with product engineering teams to define maintainability requirements during the product design phase and support constant review/enhancement of maintenance manuals.

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or technical high school diploma in mechatronic or mechanical/electrotechnical with experience. Knowledge of electronic design principles, basic knowledge of common operating systems, MS Office, Autocad proficiency, and capability to interpret mechanics/electrics drawings and schemes is required.

Additionally, you should possess a strong customer service mindset, ability to work in a team, and attitude to problem-solving. Previous experience in an electromechanical-electronic company as on-site or remote technical assistance is desirable. Field service on signalling equipment will be a plus.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
