Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to support our business in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our Legal department, you will take ownership of contract risk evaluation and preparation, ensuring timely and efficient contract analysis and evaluation. You will work closely with Project Managers to guarantee effective contract management of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in law;
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in similar roles or projects related to business;
  • Experience in the Railway sector is preferred;
  • Knowledge of Italian Commercial, Civil, and Public Procurement Law;
  • Knowledge of general contractual standards;
  • Analytical, communication, and influencing skills;
  • Ability to use independent judgment and creativity in resolving contract claim issues;
  • Internal and external negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in Italian; English, German, and/or Spanish would be a plus.
