Descrizione del Ruolo

La nostra azienda, IQM selezione S.r.l., è alla ricerca di un professionista di alto livello per ricoprire il ruolo di Head of Engineering. Il candidato ideale sarà un ingegnere con esperienza nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, in particolare nella tecnologia eolica, fotovoltaica e di accumulo elett.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Collaborare con il team di sviluppo per valutare la fattibilità dei siti;
  • Predisporre e/o revisionare layout preliminari degli impianti;
  • Predisporre e/o revisionare richieste di offerte di connessione alla rete;
  • Selezionare e supervisionare i collaboratori esterni per la progettazione degli impianti;
  • Gestire le attività di progettazione, emissione disegni costruttivi, as-built; verifiche tecniche, etc.
  • Preparare e gestire le distinte base per gli acquisti;
  • Supportare il CTO nella gestione del procurement per gli impianti da costruire;
  • Relazionarsi con il costruttore degli impianti per tutto quanto riguarda gli aspetti tecnici;
  • Altre mansioni previste dal ruolo.
Requisiti e Qualifiche
  • Laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente ad indirizzo energia e fonti rinnovabili;
  • Ottima esperienza nel ruolo, maturata per conto di aziende modernamente organizzate e fortemente orientate ai mercati nazionali, operanti nel settore elettrico;
  • Buona conoscenza dello stato dell'arte della tecnologia eolica, fotovoltaica e di accumulo elett;
  • Buona conoscenza pratica e comprensione dei processi autorizzativi italiano e della normativa;
  • Abitudine a lavorare per progetto e/o su commesse in contemporanea, identificando priorità;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative in particolare con i Clienti;
  • Capacità ed abitudine a lavorare sia in autonomia sia in team;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di consulenti esterni;
  • Naturale capacità di auto-motivazione, ottime capacità di problem-solving, di gestione dell'imprevisto e di adattamento;
  • Spirito imprenditoriale, desiderio di crescere professionalmente in piena sintonia con la crescita dell'azienda;
  • Passione per il settore e per il proprio lavoro;
  • Motivazione e determinazione, maturità, forte spirito di iniziativa, proattività;
  • Massima disponibilità ed abitudine a trasferte e spostamenti in Italia e all'estero;
  • Otte competenze informatiche, compresa conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint) e Autocad;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello intermedio).
