About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Commercial Team Lead to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing business. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth in a specific geographic area.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in your area of responsibility.
- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals and provide guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Key Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Data-driven mentality, with the ability to analyze KPIs and make informed decisions.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
