Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Project Supervisor to join our team in Rome. The successful candidate will become part of the Account Service Team within the agency, responsible for managing creative and account teams to develop integrated campaigns (ATL, social, digital, pos), brand initiatives and events.

About the Role

As a Creative Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing creative briefs and presentations, campaign production and delivery;
  • Discussing client briefs, elaborating them, and passing them on to the Agency team;
  • Supporting the development of campaigns with information about market, consumers, and competitors;
  • Supervising and coordinating creative development, including internal reviews and client presentations;
  • Coordinating the production process and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven skills in managing ATL and integrated campaigns;
  • 3/4 years of experience in a communication agency;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team and lead processes;
  • Reliability and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities;
  • Proficient knowledge of English and Italian;
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
