About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Time Management Consultant to join our Global Payroll team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical maintenance and support for our clients' SAP HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities
  • Manage tickets and generate easy-to-maintain bug-free code and customizing
  • Operate system tests to ensure applications meet agreed specifications
  • Provide documentation on issues handled and manage personal daily priorities
  • Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager
Requirements
  • 7 or 8 years of experience in SAP HR Time Management modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate functional description into technical solution
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR Time Management module
