We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the Italian market.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global SaaS product company recognized for its customer-centric approach and innovative solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing B2B mapping and outreach to potential clients and prospects using various methods
- Tracking personal sales activities in CRM (HubSpot)
- Proactively initiating communication, building rapport, and maintaining active engagement with prospects
- Organizing product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
- Generating qualified opportunities for field sales pipeline
- Collecting information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
- Helping coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industry
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
- Strong business communication skills, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
- Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
- Nice to have: experience communicating with the C-suite
