About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pole To Win International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue within the North American region, focusing on player/customer support and community management solutions or game development services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through lead outreach campaigns and develop effective sales strategies.
• Develop and execute partnerships with key stakeholders in the business, attending client meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working collaboratively with delivery teams to create effective solutions for each new client.
• Identify new prospective clients and develop sales development strategies to achieve agreed sales targets.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships or significant experience selling game service solutions to gaming clients.
• Network of gaming industry contacts is essential.
• Effective time management and ability to work at senior executive contact levels.
• Self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment with occasional travel required.
• Experience managing a revenue pipeline with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
