About the Job

Aims International is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team in Toscana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Toscano region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to define sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the Toscano region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Commercial Director.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in industrial sales and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in a technical field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or technical sales roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.Experience with CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
