International Sales Manager - Asia and MENA

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team in Monaco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Asia and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in Asia and the Middle East
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners in the region
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma sales, preferably with OTC/food supplement products and/or in women's health
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with distributors and partners
  • Strong understanding of the Asian and Middle Eastern markets, including cultural and regulatory nuances
  • Fluency in English, with French a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
