Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive business plan to drive annual sales growth, exceeding targets while expanding into established markets.
- Effectively manage Protect & Grow initiatives and focus on acquiring net new clients.
- Sell directly and collaborate closely with strategic alliance and channel partners.
- Leverage comparable software sales experience to understand assigned named accounts, debate challenges, and advise on credibility-building strategies.
- Educate others on Blue Prism's customer success-first and people-first mantra, exemplifying our company culture.
- Passionately understand customer needs and provide valuable feedback to central management teams, informing product/product marketing strategies to further our position and win more satisfied customers.
- Demonstrate proven experience in accurate and timely revenue forecasting and planning, particularly personal ownership of the sales pipeline and regional sales revenue forecasting.
- Communicate the Blue Prism value proposition effectively through presentations with clients and partners, navigating complex sales opportunities and managing multiple stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- A high achiever with experience in transformational sales at the C-Suite level.
- A positive mindset, high energy, passion, and drive to achieve personal and team targets.
- Experience working with the Public Sector.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience compiling and owning go-to-market strategies for sectors/customers.
- Ability to build pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Inquisitive and tenacious in complex competitive scenarios.
Nice to Have:
- An understanding of Enterprise technologies, RPA, and IA technologies.
- Experience working in a matrix structure.
- Knowledge of building and evolving organisations requiring discipline, structure, process, technology, and people.
