Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team in Italy. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and developing strategic relationships with existing ones. Your primary focus will be on providing technical and commercial advice, optimizing packaging and intralogistics processes, and conducting sales negotiations.
Sales Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships with key customers
- Provide expert technical and commercial guidance to customers, ensuring optimal packaging and logistics solutions
- Host workshops and training sessions in our Packsize Solution Lab (PSL) to educate customers on best practices and product offerings
- Develop and present compelling offers and business cases to clients, highlighting the value proposition of Packsize solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Systems Engineering and Sales Teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in sales, marketing, or industrial engineering, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience
- Proven sales experience in B2B settings, ideally in complex product environments such as intralogistics
- Familiarity with process optimization, packaging technology, fulfillment, e-commerce, logistics, or similar fields
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels
