About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled AWS Customer Success Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, platform and vendor integration, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable region operational processes and monitoring AWS services aligned to TD SYNNEX's platform offerings.
- Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure appropriate understanding, documentation, and coordination of activities.
- Own and coordinate several projects, briefings, and progress updates.
- Develop strategies and prepare internal systems and processes to launch platform products, services, and programs across Italy.
Requirements
- Scouting new partners with proactive engagement.
- Onboarding, educating, creating adoption, and acting as a customer advocate.
- Providing strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio.
- Designing an intentional end-to-end customer experience to enable key customer touchpoints.
- Reviewing existing processes and providing advice in specialized subject areas.
