Our Operations

Chiesi Global Manufacturing Division has three production plants: Parma (Italy), Blois-La Chaussée-Saint-Victor (France), and Santana de Parnaíba (Brazil). Our plants produce a total of over 110 million units per year, with the Parma plant serving as our strategic hub for production and distribution.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Supply Chain department, you will interact and collect inputs from functions such as Procurement, Industrialisation, Quality, and Sites Planning to coordinate the S&Op processes in terms of requirements and supply granting the material availability in the short-mid term.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the S&Op process in terms of requirements and supply
• Analyze on a monthly basis the requirements of all our plants
• Consolidate at corporate level the needs of all strategic items
• Manage the capacity of suppliers and coordinate the S&Op meeting
• Oversight of the delivery plan to grant the continuity of production plan, the right level of stock, and escalating in case of risk/opportunities

Operational Support

• Cross-functional project support
• Change control process support according to the strategic allocation of volumes
• Day-by-day urgency/analysis

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Supply Chain field within a complex environment
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or scientific subjects
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
• Knowledge of Data Analysis, KPI measurement, and Project Management principles
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Supply Chain Planning tools (IBP) is preferred
