Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Bonatti. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our project logistics in various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Project Warehouse Coordinator in the daily management of the project warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels, issuance of new requests for materials, and timely reporting to the Head of Logistics.
  • Guarantee the correct utilization of the Company's fleet assigned to the project, verifying proper maintenance and informing the Project Management and Head of Logistics of any misconduct.
  • Assume formal responsibility for released assets until the Company decides to transfer or demobilize them.
  • Issue requests for equipment as instructed by the Project Management.
  • Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor to support maintenance planning and execution, ensuring timely completion of local and project deadlines.
  • Guarantee the proper operational performance of project temporary accommodation and industrial bases, making necessary plans for maintenance and controlling lodging status and related costs.
  • Liaise with local vendors to collect materials or services, ensuring timely delivery and proper paperwork.
  • Liaise with the HQ Forwarding and Customs advisor to manage incoming materials shipped from abroad.
  • Guarantee ERP system updates, monthly closing, and reporting to the Head of Logistics.
  • Ensure project safety standards are met by all personnel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with 5-6 years of experience in site logistics and asset management.
  • Good knowledge of the execution life cycle of a construction project is a plus.
  • Availability to work in various countries.
  • Fluency in English.
