Your Opportunity

We are looking for a talented SAP Business Expert to join our Supply Chain Processes, Systems, and Digitalization Team within the Operational Excellence and SC Transformation function. This role is pivotal in leading the enhancement of our Supply Chain operations. The primary objective is to establish an optimized SAP framework to manage manufacturing sites through a cohesive Manufacturing System, working closely with Process Drivers and Global Business Experts. Additionally, this position will support IS Business Partners and IT Business Project Managers in the deployment of SAP and the transition to SAP4HANA across all Production Centers.

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute the SAP framework for Supply Chain operations.
  • Build a network of Global Business Experts in Supply Chain functions and manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with Process Drivers and Business Experts to enhance and digitalize manufacturing workflows.
  • Assist IS Business Partners and IT Business Project Managers in SAP deployment and migration to SAP 4HANA.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function utilizing SAP solutions, assessing and prioritizing requests.
  • Offer expertise in SAP systems and processes to enhance Supply Chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Sidel Governance and Procedures by defining and maintaining SAP user profiles.

Your Profile

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Languages: Proficient in English; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP and/or SAP 4HANA.
  • Previous roles in highly digitalized Industrial Companies as an IT Business Analyst or in a relevant position in Supply Chain or as a Transformation Project Manager.
