About the RoleThis exciting opportunity as a Strategic Recruitment Partner will enable you to join our dynamic Recruitment Department, contributing to Amaris' international growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates while partnering with internal clients to identify top talent.
Job Responsibilities- Sourcing and pre-selecting candidates through phone calls and references.
- Developing proactive recruitment strategies to meet new needs.
- Collaborating with clients, managers, and other Talent Acquisition teams.
- Nurturing a candidate network by identifying experts on the market.
- Representing Amaris as a qualitative spokesperson to deepen relationships with clients and candidates.
- Participating in every stage of the recruitment process from need definition to selecting the best candidates.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication skills, dynamism, creative thinking, and talent identification abilities.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and business development mindset to maintain qualitative relationships.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English to communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates worldwide.
