Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in strategic talent acquisition to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that drives business growth and secures the best talent worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
  • Identify and attract top-tier candidates through targeted marketing campaigns and networking efforts.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in strategic talent acquisition or a related field.
