Your Role

The Proposal and Quotation Coordinator is essential in assisting the local Sales team with the development and formulation of bid proposals and standard quotations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that client expectations are fulfilled when addressing inquiries related to bids and quotes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently comprehend and interpret standard and significant project quotation requests to enhance Zumtobel's chances of securing the project.
  • Deliver exceptional support via telephone and email to achieve service levels and performance objectives.
  • Recommend, verify, and finalize the most suitable commercial and technical proposals based on sales and client requirements, adhering to existing business protocols.
  • Interpret and convey technical and commercial concepts in a manner that is suitable for each customer demographic.
  • Produce technical and commercial documentation to facilitate the bidding and quotation process.
  • Handle inquiries related to spare parts.
  • Collaborate with sales, lighting designers, and controls & systems teams to identify suitable products.
  • Coordinate with CPD, TPP, Order Management, and other internal departments as necessary.

Your Qualifications
- Professional or technical education
- Extensive experience in customer service, sales, or exports
- Strong understanding of the lighting industry
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Competent computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with intercultural awareness.
