Job Title: Executive Director of Operations
Job Summary:
Napaausa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our new location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the car wash's functions and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure comprehensive knowledge and alignment with company standards.
- Build and train a team from the ground up for the new location.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility.
- Deliver exceptional customer service skills to guests and members.
- Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs.
- Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manager position overseeing 20+ employees.
- Knowledge of car wash and detailing skills are advantageous but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others and collaborating with your team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Initiative-taking with superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to attract and retain employees.
- Flexibility to work various hours and in different conditions.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $70,000-$80,000 annually based on experience and qualifications plus profit sharing.
- PTO: 3 Weeks
- Unlimited use of the car wash facility for self and immediate family.
