We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Finance to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Audit and Control: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial losses.
- Asset and Liability Reconciliation: Reconcile and manage assets and liabilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Working Capital and Cash Control: Manage working capital and cash flow to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
