La nostra azienda, ZEISS Group, è una società leader nel settore della tecnologia medica, specializzata nella diagnosi e nel trattamento delle patologie oculari. Siamo alla ricerca di un Key Account Manager che possa rappresentare la nostra azienda nel settore oftalmico.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Gestione dei Rapporti con i Clienti Strategici: promuovere l'intero portfolio di prodotti e raggiungere i target di fatturato assegnati.
  • Generazione di Opportunità di Vendita: identificare e qualificare le opportunità di vendita, compilando il Sales Funnel e garantendo l'affidabilità delle informazioni contenute.
  • Coordinamento della Fase di Vendita e della Trattativa: condividere con il direttore della business unit e i Regional Sales Manager le informazioni relative a cliente, opportunità ed ordine.
  • Condivisione di Best Practice: condividere le best practice con il direttore della business unit e i Regional Sales Manager, condividere i dati relativi alle condizioni e agli sviluppi del mercato, alle soluzioni proposte dalla concorrenza.
  • Survey presso i Clienti: effettuare survey presso i clienti, come da indicazioni di Product Manager / Marketing Manager, per approfondire le aspettative / esigenze del mercato.
Requisiti e Qualifiche
  • Formazione in Materie Scientifiche: esperienza lavorativa nel settore del medical device di almeno 5 anni.
  • Conoscenza delle Soluzioni/Prodotti dell'Area diagnostica, Chirurgica e Refrattiva: conoscenza approfondita delle soluzioni/prodotti dell'area diagnostica, chirurgica e refrattiva.
  • Disponibilità a Trasferte: flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte su tutto il territorio italiano e occasionalmente all'estero.
  • Conoscenza della Lingua Inglese: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (espressione scritta e orale).
  • Padronanza dei Sistemi Operativi e del Pacchetto Office: padronanza dei sistemi operativi Windows e del pacchetto Office, Salesforce.
  • Capacità Organizzative e di Lavoro: capacità organizzative e di lavoro per obiettivi, in autonomia e in team.
  • Doti di Leadership: doti di leadership.
  • Capacità Negoziali: capacità negoziali, ascolto attivo ed orientamento al cliente.
