About the Role
Carrier is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects and establish a professional relationship to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services.
- Participate in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
- Identify bid opportunities, prepare bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
- Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
- Support the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.
- Develop personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with experience. Key requirements include:
- Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- University degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- English intermediate level is mandatory for the position.
