Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Test Automation Engineer to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Execute manual tests according to a test plan to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and provide valuable feedback.
  • Write automation scripts using existing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
  • Participate in backlog refinements and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Basic knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to write and execute test plans (functional, non-functional, regression, integration, performance).
  • Knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Italian and working knowledge of English.
