About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at NX Technologies GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our Italian customer relationships and ensuring their success with our digital payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer communication and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Develop and implement innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
  • Train operational managers on our product usage, both remotely and on-site.
  • Identify and eliminate potential obstacles in the onboarding process, collaborating with customers and colleagues from other areas.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and processes through customer feedback and proximity.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • A structured and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident communication at the C-level, even in challenging environments.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Native or bilingual in Italian, with strong business English skills and a keen sense of adaptability.
  • Experience in the automotive or software industry is a plus, but not required.
