About the Role
The EMEA Business Development Manager - Industrial HVAC Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the Turnkey business segment. This position requires strong technical knowledge about HVAC applications in the large commercial and industrial market, strategic vision, leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Implement and optimize sales processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Continuously improve processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications in the large commercial and industrial market is required. Demonstrated strategic vision and the ability to develop effective sales strategies are essential. Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach sales colleagues across various countries and cultures are also necessary. Proven experience in sales management, particularly in achieving and exceeding sales targets, is required. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt within a large corporate environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems are highly desirable. An estimated salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on location and experience, reflects the value of this critical role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the Turnkey business segment.
