Publicis Media, a leading global communications group, is seeking an experienced Sales & Growth Lead to drive commercial growth and strategy in our Milan offices.

The Role

We are looking for a highly focused commercially minded leader who can leverage market understanding to articulate our strong points of differentiation. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex topics for a range of audiences and ensure robust commercial evaluation of investments and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage market understanding to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the media industry.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
