Job Description:
This role is for an ambitious and results-driven Commercial Development Director to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that boost revenue and brand recognition in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities to drive revenue and growth in the European market.
- Foster strong relationships with potential clients and industry players, championing the company's values and goals.
- Lead negotiations and contract management with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2B online Casino experience, ideally selling gaming content directly or working with aggregators.
- A well-established network and reputation within the iGaming sector.
- A strong commercial mindset and proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and an additional Language is essential, with Spanish and Portuguese skills as a plus.
- A deep understanding of the European gaming market.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
- Strong self-management and reporting skills.
- A positive, honest attitude that fits the open company culture.
The Offer:
The company is offering a $3000 to $5000 monthly payment plus 2% commission on all new business. A 13th months salary is contemplated as a bonus, taking into reference the most lucrative month. This position is fully remote from Europe.
