Business Development Recruiter for EMEA Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Recruiter to join our team at Job Mobz in EMEA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying and attracting top talent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver on headcount plans and develop proactive talent pipelines.
- Experiment with innovative processes to optimize recruitment and maintain excellent candidate experience.
- Lead the candidate evaluation process, manage offer delivery, and negotiate terms.
- Identify unique ways to source top talent through social media, employer branding, and networking.
- Analyze data to inform recruiting process changes and advise stakeholders.
- Monitor and deliver against individual KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for EMEA is an asset.
- Candidate funnel data analysis and industry hiring trends expertise.
- Ability to work autonomously and be resourceful.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a high standard.
- Critical thinking and strong sense of urgency.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
About Job Mobz:
As a leading company in EMEA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment. Our competitive salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
