La figura selezionata per questo ruolo sarà responsabile dell'esecuzione di iniziative di marketing strategico finalizzate alla crescita dei consumatori. Il ruolo prevede l'analisi delle tendenze di mercato, la conduzione di campagne promozionali e la collaborazione con team interfunzionali per migliorare la visibilità del marchio e ottimizzare l'impegno per la crescita dei ciclisti attraverso vari canali.
Compiti Principali- Guidare l'esecuzione e l'ottimizzazione di campagne di marketing multicanale, con particolare attenzione alla crescita e all'engagement.
- Sviluppare e gestire partnership e collaborazioni esterne per migliorare la presenza del marchio aziendale e la sua penetrazione nel mercato.
- Condurre ricerche di mercato approfondite e analisi della concorrenza per informare le decisioni strategiche e identificare le principali opportunità di crescita.
- Supervisionare la presenza digitale dell'azienda, compresi i social media, la pubblicità a pagamento e gli sforzi SEO, assicurando una messaggistica coerente del marchio e l'ottimizzazione delle prestazioni.
- Collaborare a livello interfunzionale con i team di prodotto, operativi e di leadership senior per allineare le strategie dei clienti e ottenere risultati positivi.
Laurea in Marketing, Economia, Comunicazione.
3-5 anni di comprovata esperienza nel marketing, nella pubblicità o nella gestione del marchio.
Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di campagne di marketing multicanale su piattaforme digitali, tra cui social media, SEO e pubblicità a pagamento e gestione di progetti.
Proattività e ottime doti comunicative.
Approccio analitico.
Le conoscenze di SQL, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager e piattaforme CRM sono considerate un plus.
È richiesta la conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e dell'italiano.
Cosa OffriamoSi offre un contratto iniziale della durata di 1 anno con Adecco e possibilità di proroga.
RAL: 35k + bonus 5k legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
Lunedì-Venerdì: 9:00-18:00.
E' previsto lo Smart-working per alcuni giorni a settimana.
