About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Representative to join our team in Torino, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Reduce out-of-stock levels and ensure assortment compliance in POS
  2. Guarantee fast distribution of innovation and new products
  3. Work in partnership with store managers to increase CP Share of Shelf, Share of Market, and Placement
  4. Implement POP Material at shelf/out of shelf
  5. Negotiate and implement promotional areas and Shopper events
  6. Monitor competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
  • Short prior experience preferred
  • Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
  • Driving License
