**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Partner Success Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with cloud partners across the Northern Europe region. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful adoption, integration, and expansion of Acronis' cloud solutions within partner organizations, driving mutual business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
- Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities to enable channel growth.
- Activate and enable new partners with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs.
- Drive successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase partner revenue.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers on partner side.
- Support new partners on a daily basis to drive business and technology development.
- Engage Acronis presales and Technical support teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total revenue from signed partners, churn rate, and number of Acronis services sold through the partner.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of sales experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Channel sales or partner account management experience within a software vendor.
- In-depth understanding of cloud market business models.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to a global environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
- Highly persistent in follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales skills.
- Strong presentational, communication, interpersonal, planning, and time management skills.
- Fluent/Native English skills.
