Your Role
We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team, focusing on enhancing revenue from our existing clientele in the US market. Your primary goal will be to minimize churn and foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and will be responsible for:

  • Initiating calls aimed at upselling and cross-selling by recommending upgrades and subscriptions, ensuring customers maximize their experience with our services.
  • Proactively engaging with current customers to confirm their satisfaction with their subscriptions and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Guiding customers in selecting the most suitable solutions for their needs, assisting with the implementation of new services during the onboarding process, and supporting them during renewals.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Native-level proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, demonstrating patience and outstanding interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Additional skills that would be advantageous include:

  • Proficiency in any additional language (preferably Italian, Dutch, or Danish).
  • Experience with a CMS tool (such as WordPress or Shopify).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
  • A solid understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Soft skills such as teamwork and the ability to simplify complex topics.
