About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Leader to join our Client Success team as an Enterprise Client Success Manager - EMEA. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end business and technical solutions to our clients in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and expand relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with clients and partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Pre-Sales, SCADA Engineering, and Product, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, including Directors and VP's.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on energy market trends, project finance, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to extend client use of our platform, Uplight FlexTM.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption and retention.
  • Manage multiple accounts and prioritize efforts to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, strategic account management, management consulting, or strategy.
  • Experience working with clients in the energy industry, particularly in the EU DSO/TSO markets.
  • Strong understanding of solar, wind, and storage project finance, contracts, utility interconnection, and construction/EPC issues.
  • Ability to develop and operate large-scale solar, wind, and/or battery energy storage projects (50 MW or larger).
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language, such as Italian or Spanish.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with a passion for customer success and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SCADA protocol and customer success software, such as Gainsight or Churn Zero.
  • Experience with SaaS products in enterprise environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and helping to green our energy sources.
