Customer Success Operations Specialist

Triumph International is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Operations Specialist to join our team in Segrate, Italy. As a key member of our Customer Success Operations Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across our systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incomplete orders and optimize delivery performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance month-end closing procedures.
  • Support stock take activities, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and sales teams.
  • Analyze stock taking figures and reconcile them with sales counterparts, posting results in SAP.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for warehouse requirements and transportation support.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to collect and negotiate Value-Added Services (VAS) needs, working with warehouses to design and implement new VAS requirements.
  • Identify and resolve system failures, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Lead the team as a SAP Key User and SPOC, providing training and support to new and existing team members on specific requirements or new functionalities.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Experience working with large datasets, analyzing figures, and producing reports.
  • Accuracy and methodology in executing operational tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and Italian, both verbal and written; any other language is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Excel at an advanced level, and Word; experience with SAP (SD and BW module) and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Availability to travel for training and meetings.
