About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager Human Expression & Blade Excellence to join our team at BIC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the long-term strategy and annual marketing plans for the Stationery and Shaver categories in Italy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define long-term strategy and yearly marketing plans in line with EU strategy and local long-term vision
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans covering ATL & BTL actions
  • Manage product portfolio, defining the appropriate product mix and price positioning per channel based on customer and consumer needs
  • Proactively explore and unlock new opportunities to maximize growth
  • Use market data to evaluate trends, opportunities, or threats and turn those numbers into actions and strategic decisions
  • Acquire in-depth understanding of the route to market to establish proper channel strategies
  • Manage brand support budget, control, and reporting
  • Secure profitability and increase ROI
  • Contribute to sales forecasting in cooperation with planning and sales teams
  • Cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure smooth implementation of plans
  • Collaborate with HQ marketing team to secure validation of plans and alignment with EU strategy
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics with a post-graduate degree in marketing
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing-related positions, preferably in FMCG
  • Excellent level of English language, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Inclination towards innovation, challenge the status quo, and think out of the box
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Hands-on approach, high motivation, curiosity, enthusiasm, and 'going the extra mile' mindset
